Great Values in Seattle Area Real Estate

 

Every now and then, opportunity knocks. This may very well be one of those times.

Lately we've seen a solid White Center home needing an electrical system and some cosmetics for under $110,000, a Rainier duplex on over 7000 sq ft of L2 land for under $220,000, and a panoramic view fixer for $400,000 under assessed value. 

Many of them are properties that may not have stuck out on a standard website search.

I am circulating a weekly (more or less) service to my clients wherein I comb the market for those real deals that come along whether bank owned or just fed up and motivated sellers.

Usually fixers to some degree and generally under assessed value.
