How can they afford the billboards and websites? Where does the money come from...

Then listing that property on the Northwest Multiple Listing Service with an agent of good and solid reputation in the real estate community.

Then it rests on whether that agent does everything necessary to make the property known in the market. This encompasses a number of steps. If done properly the requisite market exposure can be achieved in a week or sometimes even slightly less.

If all of the above is done properly, then the only issue left is pricing to determine how quickly a sale takes place.
