Did I say don't listen to me where it concerns the future?

Rates are now back below 5%.

The general perception is that with the tax credit now gone, values should be better than ever in the under $300,000 range.

Proving once again that the best time to invest in real estate is when you're ready to invest in real estate and not a day sooner.
