For the first time in six years, the Northwest MLS reported that in November there were more pending sales in the NW than new listings.

More selling than coming on market, Whether it's an anomaly or a trend only time will tell while distressed/short sale/foreclosed properties continue to have their proverbial thumb on prices, still keeping them flat .

Important to keep in mind that one month's statistics can be misleading. It will be interesting to watch.
