Foreclosure Freeze?

Have you heard of the so-called foreclosure freeze taking place across the country (because of the likelihood of some improperly executed foreclosure documents due to undue haste on the part of some lenders)?

The tentative word I'm getting is that Washington will be less affected than most though some lenders are freezing their foreclosure actions countrywide which could extend the flat market...but also could lead to less actions in the long run.

It is a moving target.
