Finally I'm back in print.
As usual my future prognostications were spot off: rates are staying low,
The market is quite busy but generally flat price-wise mostly due to all of the distressed properties on the market, in the pipeline & still to come.
In fact it still looks like a historic opportunity to get in cheap for those who have the ability and the patience to buy in this market.
Brokers are talking even once more of some multiple offer situations.
Some pundits would have you believe things are back to normal while others say that we're spiralling down into the abyss. Looks like both extremes are wrong as usual.
