Annual median prices by neighborhood in the five years from 2003-2007:
Total City of Seattle--- 49% from $315,000 to $469,000
West Seattle--------45% from $277,000 to $402,000
QA/Magnolia--------57% from $431,000 to $675,000
Ballard/Greenlake--52% from $315,000 to $480,000
Northeast Seattle---52% from $329,000 to $500,000
Those 2003 prices seem so low now, don't they??
