Have you noticed that the headlines you see with statistics about how good (or bad) the market is and how dramatically things are changing never seem quite right? That's because they usually aren't!

Almost always based on monthly reports, they do not utilize enough statistical information to draw any worthwhile conclusions. The irregularly cyclical nature of the real estate market makes it necessary to use at least a full year of market statistics to draw any meaningful results.

Donald has been compiling the statistics and producing these reports for many years. Originally created for 70 agents and select clients, here now is the 2008 Seattle Area Real Estate Market Report available online.
